Our office staff, Lina and Liz, will work with you and your insurance
company to ensure that your care in our office is affordable and
convenient.
Some health plans require a referral
from your primary care physician. If you are unsure whether or not
you require a referral, please feel free to contact our office.
We will be more than happy to contact your insurance company on
your behalf.
